Spa Policies ...

At Tranquil Moments Skin Studio it is our mission to provide excellent service to all of our clients.

 In order to provide excellent service we ask that you adhere to the policies of the studio.

Things to know before your Appointment ...

*Please do not bring Children to your appointment.  Children are not allowed in the Studio or in the common area in the building, your appointment will be rescheduled if you arrive with children/child.

Due to Covid-19 some of our policies have changed ... Please READ in it's entirety.

  • All Consultation and Covid-19 forms will now be filled out online NO EXCEPTIONS. (There will be no forms in the studio)

  • Forms are located on our website under the appointment tab or a link can be sent to you, If we do not receive your form atleast 24hrs prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.

  • Once you arrive, please stay in your car and text to let us know you have arrived for your appointment.

  • Please be sure to wear a mask when entering the building and the Studio.

  • Also, please beware that you will be required to wear a mask for the length of your appointment.

  • You will be met at the door with hand sanitizer and a temperature check.

  • We will continue accepting Credit Cards and will now be accepting Venmo to further avoid exposure.

  • Once appointments are completed, there will be no lingering in Studio.

  • Only those receiving services are allowed in Studio, anyone attending with you that isn't recieving a service must wait in the car.

When booking your appointment please notify us:

  • Of any known allergies you have

  • Any and all medications that you are currently taking or have taken in the last 6mos.

  • Healthcare issues or needs that you may have

  • If pregnant, please advise number of weeks

Cancellation Policy ...

Please review our cancellation policy.

Your appointments are very important to Tranquil Moments Skin Studio and are reserved especially for you.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice.  Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

  • Notification given at least 24 hours prior to you appointment will receive no charges.

  • Notifications given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a $25 cancellation charge.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, and allows us to serve everyone. Also, any packages that are associated with the cancelled appoint will result in having that service deducted from the package.

Deposits …

Due to the amount of NO Shows/NO Call New Clients - a credit / debit card is required to hold your appointment. You will not be charged right now. You can choose how you wish to pay once you check out. 

Confirmations …

As, a courtesy, you will receive a reminder of your scheduled appointment via email 48 hours prior to your appointment and again 24 hours via text.

  • You are REQUIRED to confirm your appointment by clicking the link in either the email or text message, to let us know you keeping your appointment.

  • You can create a login account through our software, so that you can cancel, or through your online account.

  • You can contact us directly with any changes or cancellations via text/email or phone.

  • All appointments MUST be CONFIRMED by END of business day the day before your appointment​.

Late Policy ...

We have a 15min. late policy.  Late arrival may result in shortened treament time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed.  Please appreciate that we cannot adjust your pricing for reduced service time due to late arrival.  After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and rescheduled with applicable charges.

Referrals ...

We wouldn't have a successful business without all of our amazing clients and their friends and family. To show our appreciation for you we offer 10% for anyone you refer to Tranquil Moments Skin Studio.  Once your referral receives their first paid service, you will receive a $10 credit applied to your account.  *Your credit can only be applied to full priced products and services.

*Minors / Children ...

Unless you a parent accompanying your teen to their appointment, Children are not Allowed in the Studio.  Please understand that this is not an environment suitable for children, as there are too many things that can harm them.

Gift Certificates ...

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.  All gift certificates must be mentioned prior to booking your appointment.  Additionally, gift certificates must be presented at your appointment. Dollar amount gift certificates do not include taxes and gratuity.  Buy Gift Certificate Now!

Studio Promotions ...

Monthly specials or Promotions cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or gift certificates.

Product Exchanges / Returns ...

Returns are at the discretion of the Spa Owner, and we will take all

information into consideration before accepting a return.

 In the event the product is not working for you it can be exchanged.

Refunds are not offered, however a studio credit can be applied to a

service or products.

Parking ...

Parking is available in the back of the building, there is also street parking.

If parking on the street please make us aware and you will be given a

a temporary parking pass. 

Method of Payment ...

We accept Cash & Credit Cards. We do not accept checks.  Prices are subject to change.  Retail and Massage services are required to be charged state sales tax.
